This week we got the privilege of shipping a very large custom order of premium Kansas Black Walnut to @fjelstednord for an integrated woodworking build they are commissioned for: custom table, custom chairs, matching buffet and fireplace mantle. We are so excited to watch his work unfold integrating all the same Kansas Walnut species and character in one build. You could say this 11 pallet is a little oversized, but that’s how you ship a 10’ 6” long 36 Walnut slab! #woodworking #lumber #walnut #liveedge

A week in pictures at Elderslie Woodworks. Sometimes it’s hard to put into words or explain and share the variety of what we are up to these days. We are keeping ourselves busy (and grateful!) with everything from countertops to furniture and log sites to slab preparation.
